    Delayed Shipping was ok, Packaging was horrible, just sent the Sony Portal box shipping label on it, It is not "Open-Box" item as described, good condition at the best. Portal was not factory rest, not even tried to clean it seemed. It is working, still willing to pay $150, but just describe it correctly, and dig a recycling bin for an Amazon box, and put it in there at least.
