Sorry, the item was not damaged, your negative feedback was earned because my packaged was shipped with every inch of the packaging covered in packing tape. Took me forever to open it. However the card was damaged while unpackaging and rather then reaching out politely for a refund, I was scolded on my packaging. I may not have 1000s of sales, but the 100 or so of these oversized cards I have shipped using the same packaging seem to have worked fine for every other buyer as reviews will show. Also I don't use packing tape, I use easy to remove painters tape to secure card to rigid cardboard to prevent creasing.
