Both sides of the envelope were ripped open along with a big hole on the front of the envelope. Clearly a shipping issue. Card surprisingly still made it here though. A bit of water damage to one of the corners but again, no fault of the seller. The seller even threw in two extra cards for me, which unfortunately also had a bit of water damage but still a super nice gesture. Fortunately, not an expensive purchase. Overall great seller
