No bubble wrap or box, just a cut off cereal carton to protect it in the post. This was sellotaped that tightly round the cd it was extremely difficult to remove upon arrival. You only had to slit one end & the cd would slip out in it's protected covering perfectly. My packing method is 100% more secure than bubble wrap. Also I have no sympathy for you i'm afraid regarding no case as it clearly stated twice in the listing i was selling the cd without one !
