I have shipped these flags 2 years rolled up without complaint. The listing was clear within the description, the flags are used, & extra photos were provided. Buyer tried multiple times to reduce price before purchase. The buyer threatened negative feedback if a partial refund was not provided. I did offer a full refund on the return of the flag, apparently the flag was good enough to keep because they did not return. Disappointed Seller!!
