The system will be unable to charge this battery". I dismantled the batter pack to find no insulation between batteries, very small wires from battery pack to circuit board and each battery did not register any voltage. the battery pack itself had no voltage either. This sale probably a recycled return so my choice was not to return so it couldn't be resold.
