    I paid for and ordered a 13 pedestal post for boat seat. Listing stated this was a 13 post. After paying overpriced shipping, and waiting through shipping delays, I received an 11 pedestal post. Not the 13 I paid for. Sent several messages to seller, with no response. Went through eBay to request a return for refund. Received a message stating seller wanted to settle the dispute by giving me 8.00. I paid over 25 for a 13 post and he offered 8 to not go through with return. Nope!
