Warns that there might take a few feedings after activating starter before you see some activity. We'll I received today and activated per the instructions, added flour after the suggested wait and this evening I already see lots of activity. This is a very strong culture, I highly recommend. Can't wait until it has been fed a while so I can use it. 🙂
