Notes
In the summer and fall of 1967, while he was recuperating from his motorcycle accident in Woodstock, Dylan regularly got together with members of his 1966 backing group (who would become known as The Band) for informal sessions of traditional folk songs, bluegrass, country and blues as well as a series of eclectic originals. Luckily for everyone, the musicians left a tape recorder running much of the time. The tapes fell into the hands of collectors and were widely circulated and bootlegged. In 1975, Columbia Records officially assembled twenty-four of the performances on a two-disc set known as the Basement Tapes. The songs hold a unique and precious place in Dylan's work.

- n***y (442)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI ordered this item two days ago but was contacted by the seller, who advised that there was a snafu in their warehouse and they could not be sure that my item was actually sent to me. A full refund has already been issued. I was also told that if I do eventually receive the item that it is mine to keep [i.e., without my having to pay for it again]. I appreciate this seller's prompt and honest communication and would definitely purchase from this seller again.
- 8***h (12)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseI am very happy about this product. I ordered it Saturday and received it 2 days later. It is in excellent condition and was brand new in the package. It was also an excellent price. I would recommend this seller.
- j***e (175)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe package arrived from Amazon. I'm fairly certain the seller caught a deal on Amazon and is reselling. I saw a deal I missed earlier in the day. Overall, the product arrived quickly and price was around the sales I like to catch. They have since raised the price of the listing. In my opinion, it's no longer a good deal. Seller fulfilled their obligation in the transaction.
