When received and inspected, BOTH hinges for the LCD display were broken. I didn't have time to return and purchase another machine so I bought a replacement hinge and LCD cover from Ebay and had the laptop fixed in a couple of hours. Absolutely will not purchase from this seller again as the item received was completely broken and definitely not inspected prior to shipping
