      Hi, these bolts are an EXACT match to Mopar 6501474 which is the oil pan bolt for the 42RLE. They are the EXACT same length and are EXACTLY the same in every way other than they are yellow zinc plated to give better corrosion protection over the factory bolts. The 42RLE was not the only transmission used in 2004 though, are you sure that's what transmission you have? 100% of the time when someone says transmission oil pan bolts don't fit it's because they bought bolts for the wrong transmission.
