Makes sense it'd take a while. I offered you an option to return the item to me for free and you refused. I'm unsure why this should negatively reflect on my performance when I did everything to make it right. It wasn't convenient for me to fill out a search request and a lost item claim, but, for you to push the blame on me for any of this is wrong.
