    I am sorry that you were not happy with the purchase - If you had contacted me, you could have returned the item. Anyway, the listing did state that the bezel was broken and needed repairing - hence the price. Also the hallmarks are inside the case and so your repairer's would either have to take the movement out or test it to see if it was gold. If they have tested it I am sure they have told you it is 9ct gold.
