    DJ mixer was not packaged properly. Package was delivered with upper flaps of shipping box 75% opened due to the lack/amount of shipping tape used. Seller tried his best, however does not know how to package DJ Mixers properly. Sent picture links showing damage to the faceplate specifically the corners of faceplate bent up, and damage to body of the mixer as well. Didn't get an apology, but rather "Send it back for a full refund."

    If there was an issue with the shipping company you should return your item. Please reach out we will make it right. I offered you a full refund after return. Also your request for a refund, more than 60% is extortion. its obvious that your actions were dishonest.
