    Seller falsified information and misled customers into buying a "repaired or refurbished" laptop. upon purchase I opened and plugged in. first of all the laptop battery does not hold a charge and clearly flashes to indicate battery is defective. Secondly the laptop randomly turns off and displays error code that the internal system has overheated and forced to shut down. upon being contacted for these issues have given me a bunch of run around statements. Horrible seller and experience. beware.

    As mentioned in our DM to you before this review was posted, we acknowledged that the battery issue may have been missed during our final quality check, and we apologized for that. We offered to send a new replacement battery or, if preferred, a full refund through our 30-day warranty. The overheating may be linked to the battery issue, which we offered to resolve immediately. While it’s disappointing to see this review after offering solutions, we remain committed to honest and fair service.
