I have the same bag and mine is what I would call excellent used condition. This bag is in fair/good condition in my opinion. The structure & the inside are very worn, the hardware has several scratches on it and the outer pocket does have a rip in the lining (that was not mentioned) and it had hair inside the bag. I’m thrilled to have found it I wish the description would have been more accurate
