      The item arrived with some delay (not the seller's fault). It is unclear how Royal Mail ended up delivering an EVRI parcel. For a family wedding, I am getting accessories that combine black, goldtone and diamanté. This brooch ticked every box and it looks superb on. Although it was listed as used, it is in pristine condition. Order placed on 27 August / dispatched with tracking on 29 August / delivered by Royal Mail on 5 September. A* for communication and brilliant customer service.
