But, I feel as if things could have improved as the quality of the packaging was very poor. No hate, just think some more thought should be put into a $40 product. Gave insight on what to do as my cards were damaged on arrival. Though, I feel as If I was blamed, or as if she was not being professional; As she had a tone of voice of being mad or just not caring about it. Though Im not mad. Every card sold had multiple creases pre-shipment - its why it sold for so cheap. And its way they all shipped in a penny sleeve + team bag. The cards were already heavily creased. They couldnt be damaged further. Nor did you complain about such. When I explained the cards were listed as heavily played and shipped with creases already, the buyer apologized saying he didnt read the item description.
