    Unit sold as TESTED. When it arrived, the amplifier did not turn on. Seller offered refund, but I opened it up and replaced the defective power supply (from the unit I was replacing). Then, I discovered that the IR input does not work. Contacted seller with question but received no reply. Good: Seller offered refund. Bad: Seller sent broken product that was listed as TESTED (he says it worked when he shipped it). Poor communication about product (=no response on follow-up question).
