    Asked upon ordering to pay for expedited shipping to arrive for my anniversary. I did not however say that if it couldn’t arrive on that day that I wanted a refund. I received a reply that my item had been refunded without my consent. I said that I understood that they were trying to help me but that it put me in a bad position and I asked to be charged again regardless of the arrival date to repurchase. Was told no a 3rd party lists the books & no idea when.
