A part in the mechanism seems to have shifted during shipping, and the seller offered to have it shipped back and fixed at their own expense, which really speaks about the values and integrity they hold onto. I politely declined as the issue seems to be minor and easily fixable, so I didn't want to burden them over it. Great communication on the seller's part, and can definitely recommend them!
