    The Drop + Grell TWS1X earbuds were in great condition. They came in the retail box with accessories. They were shipped quickly with good protection. The seller has exceptional customer service and responded quickly to my questions. I inspected the left earbud to determine that the battery inside of the earbud was dead and not taking charge. The earbud was probably not charging properly because of the wing tips . I replaced the battery and it worked perfectly fine. I would recommend the seller.
