Le seul point négatif, les mousses ont étés comprimés durant le transport. La valise était emballée seulement dans des sacs + bulles. Idéalement une boîte en carton plus rigide aurait sûrement fait l’affaire. Merci !

It seems like the shipping and the tear offs had something to do with it. And the price changed, therefore, The refunded the money, rather than shipped the product.
