    I had purchased another unit from Ebay a few weeks ago The item was also new and the original batteries batteries were still wrapped in the shrink wrapper. I used my batteries to determine it was defective. I sent it back to ebay for refund. I then went shopping for another unit. I found this seller This seller sold me the unit described as NEW however the original batteries were loaded into the unit and they were dead batteries. Therefore this unit was used.
