    You did receive the item and you confirmed this yourself in messages you sent! If you were unhappy with what you got, you should have request e return for refund and I would have acted accordingly! What you did was, raise a dispute as item non-received so you could keep both the item and the money!! Glad ebay didn’t allow the scam when the looked at the dispute and reviewed the case properly.
