Postage was quite slow from the USA. Tip - Pay the duty when you buy the item rather than let UK Customs value it, £60 extra customs charge and it took DHL 7 days to send a letter for payment. Item 10/10 , Postage 5/10 , UK Customs and DHL 2/10 ! The only issue with the engraver was the pre assembled parts were not tightened and 2 screws fell out while in use so Check all screws.
