(must have run to the post office as soon as I paid for it) good condition, excellent overall experience. it is showing a "trouble" light now (could be that my system CSU is for an 8 zone and this keypad is for 16 zone) only use this system as a door chime (from 1985), have much more updated system with cameras now. Sure wish all ebay sellers were like this.

When I reached out for help, instead of providing good customer service, the seller accused me of trying to commit fraud and threatened to report me to eBay. This is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. A seller should treat customers with respect and work toward a solution, not insult them. Based on my experience, I do not recommend purchasing from this seller.Reply from: deeplist- Feedback replied by seller deeplist.- Feedback replied by seller deeplist.He purchased a vintage PCI modem and then he opens a return claim citing "does not match photos or description" as the reason, but then simultaneously admits that he actually needs a PCIe2 card. So this is clearly a case of buyer remorse. He purchased an incompatible item in error, but then he attempts to strong-arm us into taking a "not as described" return fraudulently, by lying, as if we made a mistake. This guy is the epitome of bad buyers who abuse the buyer protection system. BLOCK HIM! 🤡
