However, when setting up the device and attempting to power it on, that part was a no go. I contacted Wolftec via chat and explained the situation. They requested I ship the computer back for a replacement, to which I agreed. Without warning or notice, I got reimbursed instead. I was expecting a replacement. Poor communication.
