    I’ve tried reaching out to the seller multiple times with no response but a message saying they would return to the office on the 16th of October. After sending another message after the 16th I still received the same message with on reply still. Item was shown to be in its original package and in good condition. Lock set arrived in a bag with no packing and some missing parts. The long distance shipping just destroyed the brass finish, leaving scratches and dings. Very disappointed in the sell.
