It looks Great, like it's a brand new tablet! Great discount for being refurbished!! The first one I ordered got lost in transit. After 2 weeks of dealing with USPOS...the seller offered to send me another one after they saw the problems I was having with the delivery. Great customer service!!!

Value was amazing which is why I got it. The box was damaged and had the smell of whoever’s dog who had it before and made the packaging look worse than the actual device was. The only complaint I have about the ACTUAL device is that the sharpness of the screen can be adjusted, yet it’s max is still slightly blurry.
