I was sent a lock with the incorrect key for the lock cylinder. The seller wasn't sorry and didn't seem to care about the inconvenience they cause by selling a faulty product. When given flexible options to resolve the situation they weren't helpful.

Your last comment is simply not true. I found and offered to order the replacement part, and only asked to be reimbursed for the new part and shipping. When you declined that I even ordered to pay for the shipping. You also declined that. Keep in mind you are wasting peoples time and money when you send defective products. I spoke with Yale customer support and they said key cylinder mismatch is a non occurrence. Please test the products you clearly sourced from multiple boxes before selling.
