Should be 3.5 stars but rounded up because I ended up with a great camera and lens. The customer service was prompt but initially, I received the wrong charger and spare battery, they sent replacements quickly. The listing had mistake in it resulting in me receiving a 3rd party charger, not a Nikon as advertised. The spare battery is swollen and is unusable. The seller's response boiled down to, 'oops we messed up the listing and the spare battery is just an extra we throw in anyway'.
