Device was shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition. For being refurbished, it looked and felt brand-new.
One minor hiccup occurred, though. The provided USB-C charger did not have the correct output (20V 2.25A, instead of the needed 20V 3.25A) and couldn't charge the computer. It was very inconvenience to diagnose and solve, but the seller was responsive and offered suggestions until we arrived at a fix, so all ended well.

Never showed up. It was estimated 5 day delivery. Then it was late and I waited an additional 6 days. 11 days later the items in my city and is supposed to be delivered but the seller requests a return from UPS. Here I am 2 weeks later after the purchase with no laptop coming, out 2 grand, and the seller hasn't responded to a single one of my messages over the past week. In a week I will find out if Ebay will refund me or not and then maybe then, I can get a laptop from a reliable vendor.
