    Item failed to arrive the seller, said she was pursueing a claim for the item from royal mail, then she said it had been posted to the wrong address, and she could forward it to me when it was posted back to her, As i had bought this item for a now passed birthday i declined and had a full refund. Mistakes can happen , the seller was polite.

    My error completely. As the buyer no longer required the item I told the person who received it to just keep it which pleased them immensely. Royal mail couldn't figure out how it went to incorrect address with repeat use of the QR code used previously as apparently "that can't happen" but did.
