Thanks to seller placing claim, package was found quickly, arrived well packed. Bottom of box was covered in dirt. Driver said something to the effect that a square box might bounce more than rectangular ones. I suppose meaning would go all the way down a set of stairs. Doesn't explain much. Have had UPS problems in delivery, but never before package lost. UPS fault, all swell now that's it's here. Product seems great, well packed, no complaint. UPS tracking is misleading (derived v. phys scan).
