I am sorry the package did not arrive to you but I did ship to the address that you had on file with EBAY. I did offer to assist getting this package to you if it made it back to me and I did ask you to call customer service to get any other options since this was all found out after the package had already been mailed out several days later. I simply was not able to provide you with any other options. It is simply not a fact that I made a mistake here. I shipped per the label address.
