During the shipping period there was no new information on it. Eventually the shipping window comes and goes and says it's delayed. A few days later I contact the seller and let him know what was going on. He did work with me and me and him try to get information.It seems that the company lost a 50 pound big box somehow. I don't know how you could lose a 50 pound box. EBay did reimburse reall fast
