You notified me that the item arrived damaged. I advised you to file a claim with Ebay and provide photos which you did not do. That is Ebay's policy and procedure in order to request a refund. Maybe the scam is on your end since you refused to file a claim with Ebay and produce evidence of the damage. I have sold hundreds of items and have never been accused of scamming and have 100% all positive feedback especially on how well packaged my items arrive to my buyers.
