I tried everything to see if there was some kind of user error on my part, but no it's just garbage. The dials and buttons work, but the pen won't register no matter what I do. Customer support was very patient and helpful with me, even sending me an extra pen when they determined that to be the issue. No dice, tablet still won't work regardless of which pen I use. Avoid for your own sanity.
