Ich habe einen falschen Artikel gekriegt, nicht das was ich bestellt habe. Artikel wurde zurückgeschickt und nach ca. 12 Tagen nachdem ich die Handyhülle zurückgeschickt habe, kam eine Nachricht, dass ich noch 3 Tage Zeit habe, den Artikel zurückzuschicken, wenn ich eine Rückerstattung haben möchte. Ich fühle mich wirklich sehr verascht und ich hab das Gefühl, das der Verkäufer keine Ahnung hat, welche Artikel er verschickt (falsche Ware) und was er zurückbekommen hat.
