I message him: crickets, no reply. Then I show interest about a very expensive ball & message him--BINGO, I get an immediate reply! In that thread, I ask where my card is, and he says he can't find it & will issue a refund, but he knows where the expensive ball is! What a load! Terrible business! Just out to take money without regards to customer service!
