    Hadn't received shipping information after 5 days, so I sent an inquiry. Didn't receive a direct response but shortly after did receive updated tracking information from eBay. My item arrived 10 days after ordering, with two weekends falling within that time frame, so still reasonable. The hat is a gift; it was exactly as pictured (maybe even better), and exactly what I've been searching for. Would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.

    Jack arrived and I am so pleased, the pictures were nice but it’s even better in person. The jacket was securely packaged which I appreciate!! Seller had expeditiously dropped the package off for shipping but it got hung up with the storms on the east coast so it took a little longer than usual. Not the seller’s fault at all.
