Horrible experience, but the only good thing is that seller pays for return shipping. I’m pretty sure they sold me a broken deck knowing it was broken cos the defect in it was common for that model before NI offered replacements if you sent it in. Obvi I can’t send it in, so I had to return it. They kept offering partial refunds but I kept asking to return it for a full refund and thankfully they obliged. It’s honestly j not worth the stress. Many other shops w 100% reviews, I would check there
