I strongly advise against dealing with this seller.
1. The seller listed the item as "Open Box" but it was actually used, showing scratches and scuffs. They admitted it was used for demos.
2. The seller disregarded relevant messages, claiming the buyer didn't understand eBay rules or device functionality. When shown screenshots of eBay rules, the seller stopped responding.
3. I had to contact eBay support for a refund.

The buyer has 66 feedbacks to my 8000+, he never read the listing or looked at pix. Insisted on a new unit despite listing specifics, gave bad shipping address & item returned to the seller by the USPS. Buyer lied & ignored emails . Buyers like this use feedback and lies as a weapon to extort & game sellers & this buyer is no exception. There is nothing a seller can do against a buyer attempting to cheat a seller.
