Advertised binoculars in open box condition . Comes with soft Carrying case. But the Carrying case was Not included. Seller Refused to send the carring case. Seller advised me to return the binoculars instead. I did not returned it.because I had to drive to UPS store again and also pay UPS STORE for printing the shipping label.
