Guitar came as described/photographed. I was able to remove the loose rattle as easily as I expected, and now I can suck at guitar hero just like I did 15 years ago. However, the shipping was a different story. The box was entirely smushed. The guitar was loose in the box, w/ only 2 sheets of packing paper around it the body. You could see my item through the splits in the box. What if this were a more fragile or private item? I was disappointed to see how it arrived, but it does work.
