There was trouble getting the watch to work, and I messaged the seller. He promptly replied and offered to send a new battery. I declined and took it to a watch repair shop. They replaced the battery and fixed stuck gears. I let the seller know, and he quickly replied and offered a refund! I have not had an experience like this on eBay, and really appreciated the sellers communication and kindness.
