This item was ordered to replace a 15 yr old MR. Coffee brewer that had a leak-which I was able to fix-so I haven't used this item. However, I ordered it because it is very similar to what I have, the seller stated that it was "essentially unused", it was tested and the price plus free shipping was unbeatable. I opened the package and confirmed that the seller's statement regarding condition was "spot on." It looks new and is unmarked. I am 100% satisfied.
