This was listed in very good condition which does not allow skips and freezes. One of the episodes was difficult to make sense of because of the skips, freezes, and distorted sound at that juncture. I didn’t want to return the series because the rest of the episodes were fine. But I don’t think dealers should be selling defective products listed as very good condition. I contacted seller but never got a response, so also poor communication. Liked series and free shipping.

We offer returns no questions asked. In most cases, physical DVDs in very good condition will play perfect. Knowing if something skips due to DVD error would require to watch every DVD we sell. Your message was that you wanted to keep the DVDs so I'm not sure what the proper response would have been.
