Es wird gezeigt, wie Missverständnisse entstehen und was, neben den sozialen, kulturellen und sprachlichen Differenzen, dafür verantwortlich ist. Bei den Rechtskonzepten zeigen sich im Kulturvergleich überraschende Einsichten in das höchst komplexe chinesische Rechtssystem.
